Elliot Bach has been training and racing for more than 15 years, ever since lining up for his first triathlon at age 13 where being beaten by his sister sparked a lifelong passion for the sport. From that day forward, he dedicated himself to training and competition, progressing from junior racing to the professional ranks.

As a professional triathlete, Elliot has earned multiple top-ten finishes and podiums across all distances, gaining first-hand insight into what it takes to compete at the highest level. His racing career continues to fuel his commitment to growth, resilience, and the pursuit of excellence.

Beyond his own racing, Elliot is deeply invested in helping others achieve their goals. As head coach of NexGen Racing, he has guided athletes of all levels, from first-time triathletes to seasoned competitors toward personal bests and World Championship qualifications. Elliot believes success comes from consistency, balance, and a strong coach–athlete relationship, and he brings that philosophy into every plan he builds.

Connor Readman is a USAT-Certified coach and professional triathlete with a background in sports science and management. With 4+ years of experience, he takes a holistic, personalized approach that goes beyond sport—helping athletes thrive in training, racing, and life.Connor believes success comes from a strong coach–athlete relationship built on trust and communication. He tailors programs to fit each athlete’s goals and lifestyle, whether it’s a first sprint triathlon or a world championship pursuit.

As a high-level competitor himself, Connor knows what it takes to succeed. His coaching covers every aspect of performance—training, race strategy, nutrition, mental skills, and balance—supporting athletes at all levels and across every distance.

Natalie Prather

Natalie Prather began her triathlon career after completing four years running cross country at East Texas Baptist University. She has raced competitively for over 18 years, doing everything from marathons, sprint triathlons, up to the full ironman distance. Natalie is a certified yoga instructor, personal trainer, and has been a head cross country and track and field coach for 15 years. Natalie has experience in all distances and is excited to help you reach your goals. Whether you are a trying to complete a sprint Tri or qualify for the Boston marathon, Natalie is here to help you on the journey!
