Elliot Bach has been training and racing for 15+ years. He is very passionate about competing as well as the sport itself. Elliot raced his first triathlon at age 13 and fell in love with the sport. He started training seriously the next week, probably because his sister beat him that day. From that day on he was hooked, and the race was on. He has raced with various teams, as well as on his own for the last 15 years. Elliot has amassed several top ten pro finishes across all distances as well as a few overall podiums. With a passion for helping others reach their goals Elliot has helped numerous athletes qualify for World Championship events across all distances. Elliot is committed to helping both those who are just getting started and those who want to take their racing to the next level.

Mitch found triathlon after a successful swimming career in which he held multiple national titles, British records, raced Olympic Trials and earned a scholarship to attend TCU. At college he studied Exercise Physiology and interned with the athletics program as a Strength & Conditioning coach. During his Master’s degree he was the Director of Operations and Graduate Assistant Coach of the Men’s & Women’s Swimming & Diving teams. Since finding triathlon he has qualified for Team USA, 70.3 World Championships, Ironman World Championships, and has been a multiple time USAT All-American. Although he has a strong resume on the race course his passion is coaching and helping others achieve their goals; producing multiple Ironman World Championship qualifiers, Ironman 70.3 World Championship qualifiers, Team USA qualifiers, and Boston Marathon qualifiers. Whether you’re a first time triathlete or racing as a professional, he brings a passion for sport development and pushing the human body to its limits.

Johnny is a lifelong athlete with a go-getters attitude. He grew up from a very young age with a focus and passion for team sports. These years taught him many valuable skills such as perseverance, teamwork, communication, and the value of what a good coach can provide for a team, and how that coach can have a significant impact on each individual on that team. He transitioned to a triathlon career after high school when his team sport endeavors faded and his motivation started to decline. At first, triathlon was a way for Johnny to maintain his health and stay social. 6 years later, he has just finished up his 2nd full season of racing as a Professional Triathlete. Johnny has a simplistic yet effective style of coaching that is guaranteed to get you to your next finish line fit and ready to go!

Ben Fleming

Ben has a long history of being a cross country and track athlete. He attended Blacksburg High School in Virginia where his love for the sport began. From there, he competed in both cross country and track at Virginia Tech for undergrad, and then UNC Chapel Hill for graduate school. Ben experienced a lot of success throughout his collegiate career including multiple conference championships and All-American honors. Through his running career he experienced many coaching changes, spiking his interest in training. He has worked mainly with high school-aged athletes and younger in various camps and summer leagues. When it comes to coaching, Ben loves helping athletes fall in love with the sport. Since Ben graduated from UNC in December 2023, he has pivoted to triathlon. While taking on the challenging new sport, he is looking to help athletes unlock their full potential. He is committed to sharing what he has learned through his career and help those who want to take their training to the next level!

Natalie Prather

Natalie Prather began her triathlon career after completing four years running cross country at East Texas Baptist University. She has raced competitively for over 18 years, doing everything from marathons, sprint triathlons, up to the full ironman distance. Natalie is a certified yoga instructor, personal trainer, and has been a head cross country and track and field coach for 15 years. Natalie has experience in all distances and is excited to help you reach your goals. Whether you are a trying to complete a sprint Tri or qualify for the Boston marathon, Natalie is here to help you on the journey!

With a passion for optimizing performance and preventing injuries, Dr. Morrissette offers dynamic strength coaching sessions under two membership options: the Sports Performance Membership at $250/month and the Sports Medicine Package at $400/month (discounted from $550). Both memberships prioritize personalized guidance, baseline testing, and injury resilience techniques.
